Yes. To suit individual organization's requirements and also accommodate custom features, Bitpod Event do offer custom plan.

Protecting the data you trust to Bitpod is our first priority. Bitpod uses physical, procedural, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your information. We regularly back up your data to prevent data loss and aid in recovery. Additionally, we host data in secure SSAE 16 / SOC1 certified data centers, implement firewalls and access restrictions on our servers to better protect your information.

We are passionate about the web and do not plan to offer an internally hosted version of Bitpod Event.

Bitpod is happy to offer eligible nonprofit organizations a discount on Premium and Enterprise plans. For more information, please write to us support@bitpod.io.

We do not offer refunds. However, we do offer a free trial so that you can properly evaluate Bitpod Event before purchasing paid plans. If you cancel your plan, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your plan. When your plan expires, you will lose access to paid features and all data associated with those features.
